Tip Sheets
Tip sheets are designed for teachers, therapists and parents who want to use research-based instructional strategies. Each tip sheet includes a description of the instructional strategy and what the research says about the skills the strategy has been used to teach. The tip sheet also provides a brief step-by-step description for using the strategy. Tip sheets are designed to be used in conjunction with the research briefs.
Research Briefs
Research briefs provide a description of the instructional strategy along with the review of the published research supporting its use. The brief tells how many research studies were reviewed. The brief also gives information about the study participants, settings, study designs, and results. Citations of the research reviewed are provided.

Autism 101 Online Course
This course is designed to provide an overview of autistic spectrum
disorders (ASD) and how the characteristics associated with ASD may impact
learning for children with this diagnosis in school, community and home
environments. The primary treatment available for children with ASD is
educational programming. The responsibility of educating children with ASD
involves a partnership between schools, families and communities. The better
prepared we are to provide quality learning environments with adequate
support, the more likely we are to see students reach their individual
potential.
